BM Timber Warehouse is committed to delivering your goods quickly and conveniently. We offer a range of delivery and pickup options designed to provide flexibility and ease for you.

Melbourne Metro & Mornington Peninsula Deliveries
Next-day delivery* is available for orders placed before 10:00 am the previous day to all Melbourne Metro areas, including the Mornington Peninsula. Due to timber shortages, we strongly recommend placing your order well in advance.

Regional Victoria Deliveries
Please allow at least 48 hours for deliveries to Regional Victoria. Early ordering is highly recommended to ensure timely service.

Pick-Up Service
You may collect stock items directly from our warehouse between 7:00 am and 4:30 pm Monday to Friday, and from 7:00 am to 12:30 pm on Saturdays. To avoid delays, we advise placing your order before arrival. If you order in advance, our team will contact you to arrange a suitable collection date.
Please bring your tax invoice when collecting your order.

Delivery Time Frames
Deliveries are scheduled between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday to Friday, and between 7:00 am and 1:00 pm on Saturday.

Special Orders
Products not held in stock are classified as “Special Orders.” These items may need to be delivered first from our suppliers before we can fulfil your order. The estimated delivery time will be provided when you place your order. Special orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned due to change of mind, as they are custom produced for your order. Returns are accepted only if the products are faulty or damaged.

Freight Charges
Freight charges cover curbside delivery only. While we will make every effort to place goods at your preferred location, this can only be guaranteed if special arrangements are made in advance (additional charges may apply).
