Refund and Returns Policy

BM Timber, a trading name of B.M. Enterprises (Australia) Pty Ltd, is committed to providing clear and fair policies for returns and refunds.

If you change your mind or have placed an incorrect order, you may return stock items within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please note that all timber is stored undercover and cannot be returned if it has been exposed to the weather.

Refunds will be processed within two business days to your nominated bank account. However, restocking fees may apply, and freight charges may be incurred if we are required to collect the item(s).

If you receive products that are damaged, faulty, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund, provided the items are returned or collected within 14 days.

Custom-made items, special orders, or materials that have been cut to size or processed in any way are non-refundable unless found to be faulty or damaged.

BM Timber reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
